Privacy Policy: Skywarden: Ember Front
This policy explains how Skywarden: Ember Front (the "Game") handles your information.
1. Summary
- You do not need an account to play. The Game never asks for your name, email or any other personal details.
- Your progress is saved on your device (and in your device's Android backup, if you use it).
- The Game shows no ads and has no in-app purchases.
- The Game contains no analytics, tracking or crash-reporting software.
- We collect no data: the Game does not send anything to us or to anyone else.
2. Information stored on your device
The Game keeps the following in its private storage on your device:
- Game progress: your pilot profile, aircraft, upgrades, in-game currencies, mission results, settings and daily reward status.
- Error log: the last few technical errors the Game encountered (for example, a file that failed to load). It contains no personal information.
This information is never sent to us. Your game progress may be included in your device's Android backup to your own Google account; that backup is Google's service, governed by Google's privacy policy, and we never receive it. You can delete everything on your device at any time with Settings > Reset progress, by clearing the Game's app data or by uninstalling the Game.
3. Ads and purchases
The Game shows no ads and contains no advertising software. It does not use your advertising ID. It has no in-app purchases and no payment service; in-game currencies are earned by playing.
4. Permissions
The Game asks for one Android permission: vibration, used for haptic feedback during play (you can turn it off in Settings). It does not request internet access, location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or storage.
5. Children
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
6. Your rights
We do not collect or hold any personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Data protection laws such as the GDPR still give you rights; if you have a question about them, contact us at the address below. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Belgium, the Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
7. Changes to this policy
If the Game changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this policy, publish it at https://skywarden.pwnandpixel.com/privacy/ and change the effective date above.
